Developer Murapol has signed a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of 6.8 hectares of land located in the Ligota district of Katowice where it plans to build a residential project comprising approximately 1,200 apartments. The transaction, whose net value amounts to PLN 34 million, is expected to be finalized by November next year. Murapol has been present in the Katowice market since 2008. The company is now working on several housing schemes in the city, including Murapol Dębowe Tarasy and Murapol Apartamenty Trzy Stawy.
