Murapol introduces a number of new service premises with rental guarantee
Developer company Murapol Group has introduced a series of service premises with a rental guarantee, offering investment buyers of commercial space a guaranteed income, the company announced. The apartments that form part of the offer vary in size and can be used for different purposes. They are located in one of the nine Murapol building complexes in Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań, and Gdańsk.
“Customers who decide to purchase a commercial and service property with the rental guarantee included in the offer will be provided with a consistent return on the investment. Additionally, they can count on assistance in attracting tenants and interiors’ finishing,” the press release states.
