One of the leading residential developers, Murapol, is launching the presale of residential premises in another city. As part of the first stage of the premiere project in Bydgoszcz – Murapol Osiedle Akademickie, 170 apartments in two 5-storey buildings will be available to customers, equipped with innovative solutions – an anti-smog package and the smart home option. 

There will be 100 parking spaces for motorized residents in the underground garage and 70 in the estate. The Murapol Osiedle Akademickie investment offers a wide range of apartments with various layouts and sizes - studios and 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments

with an area of ​​27- 64 sqm. The author of the architectural design of the investment is Murapol Architects Drive SA, a design studio belonging to the Murapol Group.

In our opinion, Bydgoszcz has a very large potential, which is why we decided to carry out a large development project here, which will ultimately cover nearly 700 apartments.
