myBOX Logistics leases 22,000 sqm from 7R
myBOX Logistics, a company belonging to retailer Marketing Investment Group, has leased more than 22,000 sqm of warehouse space at the 7R Park Kielce logistics park project, which developer 7R is now building near Kielce in south-eastern Poland. The scheme will consist of two buildings comprising a total of over 60,000 sqm with the first of them (offering 23,000 sqm) scheduled to be completed in the coming weeks. The building which will be occupied by myBOX Logistics is to be ready in the final quarter of this year.
