NBP: in July, loan interest rates for residential was 8.93 percent
The average interest rate on newly granted housing loans in July 2024 was 7.93%, compared to 7.95% in June 2024, according to the NBP.
In July 2023, the average interest rate on housing loans was 8.47%.
