New artistic spaces in Warsaw shows up in Powiśle Power Plant

The Powiśle Power Plant is a place to which art is extremely close. Starting from the revitalization of a historic power plant, the participation of Polish designers and artists in the creation of the project, the selection of brands in space, to involvement in new artistic initiatives. The next ones this year are the’"Masterpieces’ space dedicated to applied art by Piotr Płoski and the Pop-Up Art Store ‘Cut & Paste’.
Elektrownia Powiśle encourages not only with its unique architecture, unique shops and restaurants with cuisines from all over the world, but also with an extraordinary approach to art. Already from December, visitors can enjoy a space devoted to applied art, combined with the sale of selected works by Piotr Płoski, ‘Masterpieces’, and a Pop-Up Art store inspired by the exhibition ‘Cut & Paste. Polish Template 202’", where you can buy works, including prints and graphics by artists related to street art.
The space devoted to the applied art of "Masterpieces" is the original vintage collection of Piotr Płoski – a vintage collector, designer and owner of the interdisciplinary studio "smallna", where he designs interiors, houses, vehicles and light installations. In his projects, he uses unique collector's items, sought and appreciated by lovers of industrial design around the world. The motivation to present the "Masterpieces" collection was the changing, uncertain world in which everyone reformats their thinking and focuses on qualitative and timeless things.
