New ibis Styles Hotel to Strengthen Gdańsk's Business Events Market
Gdańsk will expand its business tourism infrastructure with the opening of the 168-room ibis Styles Gdańsk AmberExpo on November 3, 2026. The hotel will be directly connected to the AMBEREXPO exhibition and congress center, giving exhibitors, conference delegates and business travelers on-site accommodation for major events. Designed by Tremend with interiors inspired by the Baltic Sea, the property will be managed by hospitality veteran Katarzyna Gudalewicz.
The investment is the latest stage in the development of AMBEREXPO, which offers more than 16,000 sqm of exhibition space alongside a conference center next to Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk. Officials say the project will strengthen Gdańsk's appeal as a destination for international trade fairs, congresses and corporate events by creating a more integrated visitor experience. The investment was presented during the Amber Experience event hosted by Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie S.A.
