New tenant at Gate One Business Park
Johnson Health Tech, a producer of fitness equipment, has leased more than 1,500 sqm at the Gate One Business Park warehouse and office complex in Warsaw. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Gate One Business Park offers a total of 19,100 sqm of space, including 15,600 sqm of warehouse area. The complex, which is located in the Włochy district of the Polish capital, is being commercialized and managed by Panattoni Europe.
