P3 Logistic Parks has built a distribution center for Amazon in Hoppegarten near Berlin. The long-term owner and developer of logistics real estate built the hall with a total area of 11,700 sqm from April to October 2019.

Amazon intends to use the new inner-city distribution center in Hoppegarten to meet the growing customer demand for fast and reliable parcel delivery. The warehouse developed for this purpose by P3 is located about 17 kilometers east of Berlin with a direct connection to the B1.

“Especially in the field of e-commerce, the demands of the market are constantly increasing. We want to offer our partners future-proof buildings with which they can meet their individual requirements. In the case of Amazon, these are solutions in the area of 'Last Mile' and 'Urban Logistics',” Sönke Kewitz, Managing Director P3 Germany, said.
