P3, long-term owner and developer of warehouse properties in Europe, has signed a lease contract with Clipper Logistics for 7,324 sqm of warehouse space at the P3 Poznań park. This is yet more space taken up by the operator at the Poznań investment. Once occupied, Clipper will have almost 60,000 sqm to its disposal, becoming the largest tenant at the park.

Clipper Logistics provides logistics services across Europe. It has been operating at the P3 Poznań park since 2017. The new space, similarly to the BTS facility built for the operator, will be dedicated to serve its e-commerce customers distributing their products from the Poznań warehouse to the German market.

“Yet another long-term agreement signed with Clipper demonstrates just how good the location of our park is for many companies who have chosen this very spot as the place from which they want to distribute their products to the markets of Western Europe. We have the capacity to expand by another 200.000 m2 of rental area in the other part of the park. Our project also allows for the construction of a facility with a warehouse space of 100,000 m2 dedicated to the e-commerce industry tenant,” Bartłomiej Hofman, Managing Director for P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, said.

The new space for Clipper Logistics will be located in Warehouse 7, alongside the BTS facility previously built for the operator. Consolidating operating activities in one building will streamline logistics processes in place. P3 will also expand the office facilities under the agreement.
