Panattoni building Toruń logistics park
Developer Panattoni Europe has launched construction work on its Panattoni Park Toruń II logistics park project in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. The scheme will comprise a total of 57,500 sqm in two buildings with 5,000 sqm having already been leased by a logistics operator. The first phase of the development, offering 16,500 sqm, is scheduled to be completed in March next year. Panattoni Europe has to date built over 188,000 sqm of space in Kujawsko-Pomorskie.
