Throughout 2025, Panattoni consistently sold logistics and industrial parks across Poland, generating revenues counted in hundreds of millions of euros. The company finalized multiple transactions in key locations such as Warsaw, the Tricity area, Rzeszów, Upper Silesia, and central Poland. By December alone, three assets were sold for nearly €150 million, with several other deals worth around €60 million each. Based on five disclosed transactions, sales already total about €270 million, with the final figure potentially higher.

All sold parks were fully leased, class-A facilities, often BREEAM-certified, attracting both domestic and international investors and confirming strong demand for Polish logistics real estate.
