Panattoni gets ready to expand its portfolio in the Lubuskie Voivodeship.
The developer is commencing the construction of Panattoni Park Gorzów II with a target area of 67,000 sqm in three buildings. The first one will be completed this year and will occupy 36,500 sqm. After the investment is finalized, the company's portfolio in the region will exceed 700,000 sqm.
"The Lubuskie region is one of the biggest beneficiaries of the rapid development of the industrial space market in Poland. Located in the vicinity of the western border, it allows us to serve customers from Germany and the rest of the continent, becoming a hub for international operations. The potential is confirmed by the numbers – demand at the level of 400,000 sqm in 2021, comparable to Kujawy and the Tri-City – two rapidly growing regions – lower only than the so-called Big Five," Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director, Panattoni, said.
