Panattoni sells 36,500 sq m flagship project in Berlin
Panattoni has completed a major transaction on the German market, selling the fully leased Panattoni Campus Berlin Zentrum to DWS Group, one of the world’s largest asset managers. The complex covers about 36,500 square meters and combines logistics, light manufacturing, and business space in a single urban location. The project’s campus-style concept, offering flexible modules for startups and fast-growing companies, attracted strong tenant demand and resulted in full occupancy by 12 companies from sectors including logistics, e-commerce, food, and pharmaceuticals.
Delivered in September 2023, the five-building complex is located about 20 minutes from central Berlin, has strong transport access, DGNB Gold certification, and photovoltaic installations. The sale highlights the growing appeal of urban logistics and business campuses in Central Europe.
