Panattoni signs first tenant for second Lublin park
Varroc Lighting Systems, a company from the automotive sector, has leased more than 25,000 sqm at the Panattoni Park Lublin II logistics park project, which developer Panattoni Europe is now building in south-eastern Poland. The tenant will open a factory and a research and development center in the location. The scheme is Panattoni Europe’s second logistics park investment in the Lublin area. It is valued at PLN 130 million and will comprise a total of approximately 84,500 sqm in three buildings at full build-out.
