Panattoni starts construction of distribution center in Czeladź
Industrial space developer Panattoni has started the construction of a distribution center for the manufacturer of sports clothing and accessories, the company said.
BTS investment with an area of over 67,000 sqm is being built in Czeladź. The completion of the first stage is planned for the first half of 2021.
“The investment in Czeladź is not only an example of the use of solutions that significantly support the rapid development of e-commerce, but also those that increase the comfort of employees' work. Thus, the face of warehouse and industrial facilities is changing – these are not typical halls, but logistics complexes with an extensive offer of facilities for employees,” Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director from Panattoni, said.
