Panattoni starts construction of Panattoni Park Błonie III for approx. 91,000 sqm
Panattoni will build 91,000 sqm Panattoni Park Błonie III near Warsaw. Construction has started and the complex already has its first tenant – the transport and shipping company GTFL, the developer said.
“The developer is launching another huge investment, which will be built in the vicinity of DK 92 – Panattoni Park Błonie III. The flexible design of the operating area of the park will allow for the efficient operation of both small and medium-sized and larger enterprises, and the spaces will be perfect for, among others, in logistics services, including the e-commerce industry,” the release reads.
GTFL will occupy 7,700 sqm, of which over 7,500 sqm will be allocated to the warehouse area. As part of Panattoni Park Błonie III, the tenant will consolidate two of its existing locations, gaining more space.
Panattoni is the largest logistics developer in Europe, as confirmed by PropertyEU's Top Developers. In the last three years, it has delivered nearly 6.5 million sqm of space.
