Panattoni to build 62,000 sqm in Lower Silesia
Developer Panattoni Europe has launched construction work on its S5 Wrocław North Gate logistics park project in Lower Silesia, which will comprise 62,000 sqm at full build-out. The company has already secured the first tenant for the scheme – logistics services provider GEFCO Polska – which has leased 32,500 sqm there and will move into the property in September this year. The development is Panattoni Europe’s twelfth investment in the Wrocław area where the developer has to date completed 520,000 sqm.
