Panattoni to build more Bydgoszcz warehouses
Developer Panattoni Europe is planning a new logistics park project in Bydgoszcz in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie voivodship. Called Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz II, the scheme will offer over 40,000 sqm and is expected to get under construction next month. Its completion has been scheduled for the first quarter of 2020. Panattoni Europe has to date built 160,000 sqm of warehouse space in the voivodship, both within its own logistics park investments and built-to-suit developments. Work is now underway on the Panattoni Park Toruń II project.
