Industrial space developer Panattoni announced the construction of a second center in Białystok with an area of 35,000 sqm, the company said. The center is to be created later this year.

Panattoni Park Białystok I with an area of over 40,000 sqm has just been 100% leased and companies from various industries found their place in it – from production, logistics, to book, game and music publishing as well.

The successful commercialization of the first distribution center in Białystok encouraged the developer to make another investment.
“Białystok is the fastest-growing city in Podlasie, the eastern border not only of Poland but also of the European Union. The dynamic growth of the e-commerce sector, as well as the development of infrastructure in Poland, have caused the region to attract the interest of many investors,”  Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, the managing director Panattoni, said.
