Panattoni with BTO project in Bielsko-Biała
Developer Panattoni Europe will develop an 11,400-sqm BTO (build-to-own) project for Eltek Poland, a producer of electromechanical and electronic components for the automotive, home appliances and medical industries. The scheme will be built in Bielsko-Biała in southern Poland and will accommodate 9,100 sqm of production and warehouse space and 2,300 sqm of office area. It is scheduled to be completed in the final quarter of this year. The agreement between Panattoni Europe and Eltek Poland was brokered by Axi Immo.
