PKO BP and Samsung Polska sign agreement regarding digital trade
PKO Bank Polski and Samsung Electronics Polska have signed a four-year cooperation agreement to develop innovative e-commerce solutions, digital ecosystems, and new business processes. The partnership, effective from January 7, 2025, aims to enhance customer experience through advanced financial services integration, online platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
A dedicated project team has been established to design and commercialize cutting-edge solutions for banking, retail, and technology sectors. The collaboration will focus on eCommerce growth, in-branch services, and business process modernization.
Both companies see this strategic alliance as a way to set new industry standards, leveraging their expertise to create user-friendly, cost-effective, and practical digital solutions for millions of Polish customers.
