In terms of exports to our western neighbors, we are now only behind the United States, the Netherlands, and China. According to PKO Research, in 2020 our exporters overtook France and became the 4th main supplier of goods to Germany, accounting for 5.7 percent of German imports.
When it comes to trade with Germany, we are systematically climbing up – we overtook Italy at the beginning of the previous year.
Now also France is behind Poland's back. The high level of exported goods corresponds to the data from the Polish industry, which is flourishing precisely due to the strongly growing sale of goods abroad.
