The Czech Republic is a local leader in digital transformation, Poles support the European cloud, Hungarians invest in backup – these are just some conclusions of the research commissioned by Aruba Cloud. The company asked nearly 700 companies from Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary about the use of cloud technologies in their companies, and about concerns related to cyber security, and how they protect themselves against online threats.
The cloud is slowly becoming the norm in our region. Every third (33 percent) medium and large company in Poland uses it in its operations. The situation is slightly better in Hungary, where 38 percent of respondents have implemented such solutions. The leader in the region is the Czechs, almost half (49 percent) of the surveyed entrepreneurs declared partial migration to the cloud among our southern neighbors.
“This is very optimistic data – it shows that we are slowly catching up with Europe. We hope that smaller and medium-sized companies will also follow medium-sized and large companies that decide to take advantage of the digital transformation,” Marcin Zmaczyński, Head of Marketing in Aruba Cloud, said.
