Poland's most expensive apartment bought

The most expensive luxury apartment in Poland was bought by a well-known investor, often called a speculator, 44-year-old Rafal Zaorski. He will be a neighbor of Robert Lewandowski, who also invested in an apartment in the same building. Zaorski paid almost PLN 23 million for the property located in the famous Złota 44 skyscraper. His apartment is 480 sqm located in one story.
Złota 44 is an apartment building 192 meters high and 54 stories high, located in the very center of Warsaw. It comprises 287 apartments.
"BBI Development and the American Fund Amstar have successfully created a building that sets the highest level of luxury, not only in Poland but also in Europe," Michal Skotnicki, CEO of Zlota 44 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of BBI Development, said.
The recreational space for residents includes a 25-meter swimming pool, a dry sauna, a steam bath, a massage room, a fully equipped gym, a cinema room with a golf simulator, a business area with a VIP lounge, and conference rooms.
