Poles buying more and more real estate in Spain with 15,500 transactions in five years
Poles are buying an increasing number of residential properties in Spain, completing more than 15,500 transactions over the past five years. In 2025 alone, Polish buyers purchased over 4,100 homes and apartments, keeping them among the top ten foreign buyers in the Spanish real estate market. Spain attracts not only wealthy investors but also professionals and the aspiring middle class, with apartments on the Costa del Sol starting at around €350,000 — comparable to prices in Warsaw. Polish buyers’ market share has grown steadily, reaching over 4%.
Rising demand is supported by favorable climate conditions, strong price growth, and widespread access to mortgages, which now account for more than 70 percent of transactions.
