Polish company strengthens position in German warehouse market
MLP Group is entering one of Europe’s most competitive logistics markets with a new project near Munich. The company plans its first two story warehouse park in Neufahrn, delivering about 42,800 sqm of space. The development responds to limited land availability and strong tenant demand in the region. Construction is set to begin at the end of 2026. The facility will combine logistics, light production, and office space, with flexible use for various industries.
The project will include sustainable features such as solar panels, green roofs, and heat pumps, aiming for high environmental standards while maximizing land efficiency in a constrained urban market.
