Premiere of second film by Sekielski brothers
"Play in hide-and-seek" is the title of the second documentary film by Tomasz and Marek Sekielski - describing cases of pedophilia among priests - which premiered on Saturday on YouTube. The film, as announced by the Sekielski brothers, focuses on a thread that could not be closed in their first film "Don't tell anyone."
It presents the story of three boys – brothers Bartłomiej and Jakub and Andrzej, used by the same priest from the Kalisz diocese. The film is interspersed with the statements of the accused priest of his confrontation with the families of the victims. The priest denies nothing, repents and apologizes to the victims and the family.
The "Play in hide-and-seek" game also raised the issue of transferring priests suspected of sexual harassment of minors to other parishes.
The film is available for free on the internet on the official YouTube channel of Tomasz Sekielski. It was fully financed from the money raised from the collection.
