Prologis launches BTS schemes in Wrocław area
Developer Prologis has launched construction work on two built-to-suit (BTS) logistics projects near Wrocław, which will comprise a total of nearly 40,000 sqm of space. The schemes are being built within the company’s Prologis Park Wrocław IV logistics park. The 20,300-sqm and 18,300-sqm developments will be occupied by Jotul Polska and Yusen Logistics respectively. Both are scheduled to be completed in the second half of this year. Prologis Park Wrocław IV currently consists of three buildings totaling 50,000 sqm.
