Origin Investments is developing serviced apartments for seniors under the ReVital Apartments brand, a largely new segment in the Polish real estate market with strong growth potential. According to CEO Karol Bulenda, demand from seniors and their families is high, especially in large cities where residents prefer to stay close to their existing neighborhoods. Current projects include 140 senior units in central Katowice alongside family apartments, around 120 units planned in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district, and a completed 58-unit project in Mechelinki awaiting an occupancy permit, expected to launch in March 2026.

ReVital Apartments combine private ownership with professional operator services such as concierge support, rehabilitation options, and daily activities, rather than a pure rental PRS model. Origin Investments aims to expand nationwide and become Poland’s leading senior-housing operator.
