Railways to be more competitive: minister
The railways in Poland will be more competitive, claims Andrzej Adamczyk, the Polish infrastructure minister referring to the draft amendment to the law adopted by the government on Tuesday, which will open the Polish passenger rail market to carriers from the European Union.
