Real estate project in Warsaw will bring more than 1,700 apartments
A new residential development will transform a former industrial site in Warsaw’s Targówek district into a mixed-use complex with over 1,700 apartments for about 3,600 residents. The Radzymińska project, led by Pinao from the Spectra Development Group, includes 13 buildings (6–8 stories, with one 12-story tower), 52 retail units, and 1,610 parking spaces. The plan also features a primary school for 400 children, new roads, and green areas centered around a preserved historic chimney.
Located close to the city center with strong public transport access, the project aims to revitalize unused land and integrate it into the urban fabric while maintaining elements of its industrial heritage.
