REINO IO Logistics plans for long-term in development projects
REINO IO Logistics is entering a new growth phase after five years of building its logistics platform through acquisitions, now launching its first development project.
The company has created a portfolio of over 350,000 m² across six locations in Poland. Its first development, a build-to-suit (BTS) project in Piotrków Trybunalski for Allegro, responds to rising market demand and marks a shift beyond asset management.
REINO plans further expansion in key locations such as Gdańsk, Warsaw, and Silesia, while focusing on sustainable, certified buildings and long-term partnerships rather than scale alone.
