The Resi4Rent institutional platform, which is co-owned by developer Echo Investment and offers medium- and long-term apartment rentals, has obtained an occupancy permit for its second building in Poland. The property is located in Łódź and comprises almost 220 units. Earlier this year, Resi4Rent completed a building in Wrocław (302 units). In 2020 projects in Wrocław (270 units) and Warsaw (450 units) are to be ready. In two-three years, the platform should manage from 5,000 to 7,000 rental apartments located in the six largest Polish cities.
