Developer Robyg plans to sell approximately 2,700 apartments this year, compared to the more than 2,500 units offloaded in 2018. The company, which is now active in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław, is considering entering another large Polish city in the near future. Also, it wants to strengthen its position in Wrocław, a market which it entered in November last year and where it is now developing its first project – Robyg Jagodno – that will comprise more than 900 apartments at full build-out.
