In the first quarter of 2021, ROBYG Group will complete four investments in Wrocław: Willa nad Potokiem in Muchoborze Wielkie at ul. Stanisławowska, the next stages of the Wojszyckie Alejki housing estate at ul. Gałczyński in Wojszyce and Uroczysko at ul. Przejazdowa in Sołtysowice. All investments were carried out under the name of ROBYG WPB – this is a brand that was created thanks to the acquisition of Wrocławskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane. In the second quarter of 2021, ROBYG will start handing over apartments at the ROBYG Jagodno estate – the largest investment by ROBYG Group in Wrocław in terms of the number of buildings and apartments. As part of the project, 900 apartments in 15 multi-family buildings and over 100 single-family houses will be built. ROBYG is actively looking for new land for further investments in Wrocław.

“We are very active in Wrocław – we have a wide range of apartments and very attractive locations. After taking over WPB, we expanded our potential and the interest of our clients is constantly growing. That is why we are actively looking for new land. Wojszyce and its surroundings are becoming more and more attractive places to live in Wrocław. They are appreciated by both young and seniors – that is why we decided to build more apartments adapted to different needs. The Uroczysko investment was enlarged and will ultimately consist of six residential buildings. The project will be divided into three stages, each with two buildings. The first stage is ready and inhabited, the commissioning has started in the second stage, and the third stage is under construction. Na Jagodnie, at ul. Buforowa, the construction of five multi-family buildings and the first batch of houses is being completed. The next stage has recently started – buildings with a toddler's club and a local kindergarten are planned. So far, as part of this stage, 2-room and 3-room apartments with balconies and gardens have been put on sale,” Joanna Chojecka, sales and marketing director for Warsaw and Wrocław at ROBYG, said.
