ROBYG completing construction works in Wrocław and introducing new products

The ROBYG Group will soon begin handing over the keys to the residents of four housing estates, as well as the construction of new residential investment. In addition, as the first development group in Poland, it implemented the advanced Aura Air technology for air disinfection in sales offices.
Among all the residential investments that the ROBYG Group is building in Wrocław, Willa nad Potokiem is the closest to the final. The building has already been completed, it will soon receive an occupancy permit, and the developer will hand over the keys to the residents in the first quarter of this year. There are only 13 apartments in Willa nad Potokiem – with terraces and balconies. These are layouts of 1- 3 rooms ranging in size from 33-97 sqm.
Wojszyckie Alejki is also in the final phase of construction. The 3-story building with an underground garage is already finished from the outside and almost finished inside. The developer will start handing over the keys at the end of the first quarter of this year. There are 62 apartments in the layout from 2-4 rooms, from 27-92 sqm. In turn, the Uroczysko investment has been expanded and will ultimately consist of six residential buildings. The project was divided into three stages, each with two buildings. The first stage is ready and inhabited, the second is being finished, and the third is in the floor construction phase. The handover of the keys to Uroczysko II will start in the first quarter of this year.
Somewhat later, from May, the residents of the ROBYG Jagodno estate – the largest investment by ROBYG Group in Wrocław in terms of the number of buildings and apartments - will begin to collect the keys. As part of the project, 900 apartments in 15 multi-family buildings and over 100 single-family houses will be built.
Meanwhile, the innovative Aura Air technology will be installed in the sales offices. All offices, including those in Wrocław, will be equipped with modern devices that disinfect the air and monitor its quality in real-time. These devices incorporate sterilizers, filters, and UVC LEDs – patented and EPA approved – to neutralize bacteria, viruses, fungi, molds, and odors.
“Aura Air is the world's most intelligent air disinfection technology,” Eyal Keltsh, ROBYG Vice President, said.
