ROBYG Group introducing new stages of Gdańsk investments for sale
The ROBYG group has introduced for sale the next stages of Gdańsk investments – the modern Park Południe, being built in the vicinity of numerous green areas and the intimate estate of urban villas Zielony Widok. A total of 150 new apartments were added to the offer.
Park Południe estate – located at ul. Wielkopolska in Gdańsk – offers over 140 apartments, of which the new stage includes 92 apartments with areas ranging from 30- 64 sqm, with one, two, or three rooms. The prices of the premises start from PLN 6,400 per sqm. In the case of the Zielony Widok estate, 58 apartments with a view of the park right under the windows have been offered for sale. There are premises ranging from 28-88 sqm. Apartment prices start from PLN 7,100 per sqm.
