Robyg will build over 1,000 apartments and primary school at Żerański Canal in Warsaw's Białołęka
Robyg has applied to Warsaw authorities to locate a residential project under Poland’s “lex developer” law on the former Faelbet concrete factory site in Białołęka. The plan includes 10 apartment buildings with 1,148 to 1,370 units, ranging from 30 to 120 square meters, plus ground-floor commercial space. Buildings would have five to seven floors. The project also includes a three-story primary school for nearly 700 students, a central green space, internal roads and upgrades to nearby streets, including Kupiecka and Płochocińska.
The site lies between Płochocińska, Marywilska and Kupiecka streets and the Żerań Canal. Existing factory structures are being demolished. The city has received the location application; approval is not reported.
