Robyg with building permit for new Warsaw project
Developer Robyg has obtained a building permit for the first phase of its planned Mój Ursus residential project in Warsaw. This phase of the scheme, which will be built in the city’s Ursus district, will comprise 185 apartments and is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2022. Mój Ursus will be the company’s second development (after Stacja Nowy Ursus) in Ursus. Robyg wants to build a total of more than 3,000 units on a major post-industrial site there.
