At the beginning of the new year, the Finnish developer YIT began selling apartments in one of its latest investments – Nordic Sadyba. In the building at ul. Nałęczowska 33 in Warsaw, there will be a total of 281 premises.

“Nordic Sadyba is a project that we have prepared mainly for families. We focus on safety. and spacious and bright apartments that provide exceptional everyday comfort. An undoubted advantage is the calm, intimate neighborhood with rich social and service infrastructure, well connected to the city center,” Dorota Śledyńska, YIT sales director in Poland, said.

The 11-storey building will house flats from 27-119 sqm with a predominance of larger premises.

YIT is the largest developer in Finland and one of the most significant construction companies in northern Europe.
