Saxo Bank records record profits
Saxo Bank reported the strongest half-year financial results in its history for H1 2026, driven by a growing client base, higher assets, and strong trading activity. Net profit rose 18.3% y/y to EUR 87 mln, while total revenue increased 11.9% to EUR 375 mln. Client assets climbed nearly 30% to EUR 153 bln, compared with EUR 118 bln a year earlier, while the number of clients increased 21.4% to 1.7 mln. Trading activity was supported by strong equity markets and volatility in commodities, including oil and precious metals.
Saxo plans to continue investing in marketing, product development, and key technologies, including artificial intelligence.
