Segro Industrial Park Wrocław with new tenant
Household appliances and consumer electronics retailer Media Expert has leased 2,000 sqm of warehouse space and 150 sqm of office area at the Segro Industrial Park Wrocław logistics park in Lower Silesia. Cresa advised the tenant during the process of selecting the location and negotiating the lease agreement. Segro Industrial Park Wrocław is located 12 kilometers from the center of Wrocław. The complex will total approximately 40,000 sqm at full build-out.
