Several hundred family foundations to start their activities in Poland,

In the process of creation and starting operations in Poland, there are several hundred family foundations, as informed by Mateusz Kamiński from the Family Business Foundation. He convinces entrepreneurs to choose this solution, among other reasons, due to the possibility of better securing the company's development in the planned succession.
The Family Foundation Act, which has been in force since May 22 this year, is intended to allow family businesses to have stable operations after the death of the owner or their retirement. The regulations, in effect for two months now, enable the creation of legal instruments for protecting family assets, inspired by solutions known in Western Europe and beyond the Atlantic.
“The Polish family foundation enables the complete separation of the assets contributed to it from the family members, while at the same time guaranteeing them participation and protection in the benefits from these assets," Mateusz Kamiński stated.
