Property development company SGI is expanding its sales portfolio with a new project in another district in Warsaw. The "Łopuszańska 47" estate will be built in Włochy, an area offering, among other things, convenient transport links to the rest of the city. The project has already received a building permit, and construction has begun. The project will eventually include 500 apartments, and the first stage will provide 96 units ranging from 39 to 98 sqm. Completion is scheduled for early 2025.

"We want to expand the residential offer of the capital further, providing high-quality units that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding customers. We are constantly monitoring the situation in the real estate market, checking and verifying trends to best adapt our projects to the current needs of buyers. We see the potential in a neighborhood like Italy, among other things, because it is well connected to other parts of the city. We know how important this aspect is for customers when deciding to buy an apartment," Robert Stachowiak, SGI's CEO, said.
