German conglomerate company Siemens has taken up approximately 4,000 sqm of space at the MLP Wrocław logistics park in Lower Silesia. The tenant will be producing control cabinets in the location with up to 150 people to be employed at the factory in the future. MLP Wrocław is being developed on 13 hectares of land located in the Psie Pole district of Wrocław, approximately 14 kilometers from the city center. The park will consist of five buildings offering a total of 63,500 sqm at full build-out.
