“We have decided to extend the lease in Gliwice in response to the needs of our clients. We constantly develop our services in this region of Poland and our logistics center in the GLP’s park has a strategic role for us. Thus, we would like to thank Optimum Area for their professional support in negotiations,” Arkadiusz Rudowicz, Commercial Director of SPM Poland Sistema Group, said.
“Sistema Poland is a very important client for us, and I am glad that in the coming years we will be supporting their business development in the Gliwice region. The renewal of this cooperation agreement is also a confirmation for us that our current tenants value the relationship with GLP, our partnership approach, and the fact that we are the long-term owner of our facilities," Marcin Żuchniewicz, Business Development Manager responsible for Upper Silesia region in GLP Poland, commented.
