Skyliner II, the latest office project rising beside Warsaw's Rondo Daszyńskiego, has reached its full structural height of 130 meters. Developed by Karimpol Group, the tower forms the second phase of the Skyliner complex and will add around 24,000 sqm of office space to one of the capital's most sought-after business locations.

The milestone comes as Warsaw's office market faces a period of constrained new supply, with developers becoming more selective about launching large projects. Industry observers say this has strengthened demand for modern, centrally located buildings that offer strong transport links and sustainability credentials.

Scheduled for completion in 2027, Skyliner II will expand the existing Skyliner campus, which opened in 2021. The project underlines continued investor confidence in Warsaw's Wola district, which has emerged as the city's premier office hub and a key destination for international occupiers.
