Victoria Dom sold 1,365 apartments in 2025, up 35% y/y, outperforming the broader developer sector, which grew by 7%. The company said compact apartments remain highly popular, especially among first-time buyers. In 2025, it recognized 1,275 units in revenue and completed 14 projects in Warsaw, Kraków, and Gdynia.

Despite strong sales, revenue fell to PLN 854.4 mln from PLN 983.7 mln in 2024, while net profit declined to PLN 151.7 mln from PLN 200.9 mln. The drop was caused by delayed apartment handovers in two projects, higher operating and financing costs, and elevated interest rates. Victoria Dom says its land bank supports further growth in Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity, Berlin, and Leipzig.
