Sobiesław Zasada will build 700 apartments in Warsaw's Grochów
Sobiesław Zasada plans to build up to 700 apartments in five multifamily buildings in Warsaw’s Grochów district under the lex developer procedure. The project, at the intersection of Omulewska and Grochowska streets, would replace existing office, service and warehouse buildings. The development will include three block-style buildings with green courtyards, two taller point buildings of up to nine stories, and ground-floor retail and service space.
A central public plaza and green area are also planned, along with two single-story commercial pavilions. As part of accompanying infrastructure, the developer will add a new wing to a nearby elementary school, modernize parts of the existing school, and upgrade surrounding streets and intersections.
